Justin Hayes, President
Justin Hayes is an experienced management consultant and executive with over 20 years of experience supporting federal clients specializing in strategic enterprise architecture, portfolio planning and management, and executive communications. He continues to support senior level clients through developing executive dashboards to support decision making and large organization management.
Prior to founding A3 Advisory Services, Justin provided management consulting services as a manager at Deloitte and BearingPoint. He has founded and operates multiple companies, and has a love for helping others to organize and operate small businesses.
Justin holds a Masters of Engineering Administration and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Matt Vandegrift, Vice-President
Matt Vandegrift is an experienced executive with over 30 years of experience supporting federal clients and delivering IT capabilities by integrating Agile methodologies within government agency planning and contracting processes. Through effective communication and translation, and optimizing reporting at appropriate stakeholder levels, Matt has built processes to implement effective development portfolios within government organizational constraints.
Prior to joining A3 Advisory Services, Matt was a Director for ManTech International running a program in the National Security Sector providing software development services for a major collaboration platform used by thousands of intelligence officers. He also provided management consulting services as a manager at Deloitte, BearingPoint, and Harris.
Matt holds whiskey regularly and currently has a domain called tele-chuggies used for long-distance beer focused communication.
